Centre de Villégiature Jouvence

Beautiful resort with amazing bartenders and waiters. I speak mainly English and Spanish and very little French, but everyone I spoke to was extremely helpful and very kind. The rooms were elegant providing everything you could need for your stay and I loved being here.

i loved this place but it was so far for my home town of mtl a long bus ride 2h not fun but the rest of the trip is super good

I have never been to a location as unique as Jouvence. Everything is extremely idyllic. The rooms were much better than I expected and the food was fresh. The remoteness of the site makes you feel like you’re in a different dimension. It’s a place that I think everyone should go to at some point.

I've been there every year since I was a kid :) lots of water embarkation available! Perfect for big and small families or friend groups too! Offers different cabine size depending of how big your group is. I always love my stay!

We stayed here as a group with the Appalachian Mountain Club, and the staff was genuinely warm, welcoming, and attentive during meals. The food had good variety, with plenty of solid vegetarian options, which was appreciated after long days outside. The rooms themselves are very basic and feel better suited to school groups, but a few small upgrades would go a long way: bedside lamps or reading lights instead of only harsh overhead lighting, more hooks or storage for all the outdoor gear, and at least one chair per room for getting boots on and off. It was kind of the front desk to bring us a chair when we asked, but that should really be standard. A couple of practical misses stood out, like no easy way to fill water bottles inside the cabins, and shared cabin spaces that are more functional than comfortable. When you have 30 people sharing a space, three comfortable chairs and the rest stadium seating does not quite match what tired skiers are hoping for at the end of the day. There’s some cross country ski trails that will give you access to the park, it’s about 45 minutes cross country to get to the main trails in the national park.

I found the place to be excellent. Nestled beside Lake Stukely in Mont-Orford National Park, it offers a wide range of outdoor activities in a peaceful, natural setting. The staff were consistently friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout my stay. I enjoyed the buffet-style meals, but many of my friends didn't. Accommodations are spread across small cottages, so room quality can vary—but I was fortunate to stay several days in a modern, very comfortable unit. It’s a wonderful spot to relax and reconnect with nature.

Great place for families and their kids, and even for company retreats. The cabins/accommodations are rustic and somewhat spartan, but that's what makes it fun. Forces you to disconnect! The food is awesome and tastes great with a decent amount of variety. Wasn't able to go out on the lake, but canoes and paddle boats are available. Lots of hiking, activities like volley ball, and some low ropes courses, too.
